With news about the band already buzzing in numerous scenes along the East Coast, SoP released their debut EP in Fall 2020. Safe Haven is produced and mastered by renowned producer Lee Dyess, who has notably worked with bands such as Mayday Parade, From First to Last, Against Me!, I Set My Friends on Fire, Stages and Stereos, and Select Start. Both sincerely written and packed with catchy melodies, it sends fans through an array of emotions while keeping them on their feet.
They released their latest EP Everything Alters Us in April 2023, with the singles "Truth or Dare" and "Saltwater." The EP is produced by Seth Henderson at Always Be Genius, who notably worked with Knuckle Puck, State Champs, Real Friends, Broadside, Capstan and more. Its lyrics detail the process of growing up in a sheltered environment and the effects that experience can have on the individual, while still not allowing that experience to change who you are as a person.
