Six Missing is the ambient and electronic project of Austin-based composer, producer, and sound designer TJ Dumser. Through hand-played layers of atmospheric guitar swells, vintage synthesizers, and organic textures, Dumser creates immersive soundscapes for meditation, focus, and emotional connection.
Influenced by Brian Eno, Ólafur Arnalds, and Nils Frahm, his work explores memory, impermanence, and presence, bridging modern classical, ambient, and mindfulness music. The name Six Missing was inspired by a real-life supernatural encounter near Pennsylvania’s Battle of Brandywine—an experience that continues to shape his belief in music as a bridge between worlds.
