SKAPPOSITORY. A name unlike any other before it, and most likely a name that will haunt your two-toned dreams forever. However silly and tongue-in-cheek the moniker may be, the group takes its music seriously and is known for their raucous live shows and always busy musical agenda. Formed in the pandemic winter of 2020, Skappository features the talents of Tony Morace (The Stress) on vocals and guitar, Jess DeBellis (King Django) on keytar and vocals, Mike Nigro (Butterscotch Stanley) on bass, Christian Lesperance (Jersey Interchange) on lead guitars and vocals, and Cody Phillips (Valefor) on drums.

Influenced by artists such as Toots & The Maytals, The Specials, Operation Ivy and The Mighty Mighty
Bosstones, Skappository quickly began writing their own brand of original songs. They've self-released a studio EP (“Up Yours!”), multiple digital singles, and a split live album (“Live at Mr. Beery’s”) put out on vinyl by DCxPC Records in January of 2024. The band is also a prolific live unit, keeping themselves busy with a full schedule of shows both locally and beyond. They’ve taken to the road playing shows and festivals all over the northeastern U.S., and have no plans for slowing down. The band has shared the stage with ska & punk scene legends/contemporaries such as Catch 22, The Pietasters, Mephiskapheles, Hub City Stompers, King Django, Pilfers, The Scofflaws, Authority Zero & A Wilhelm Scream to name a few.
