Gamal ‘Skinny Fabulous’ Doyle is the unmistakably energetic soca artiste, with the distinctive baritone voice from St. Vincent & the Grenadines. The talented, versatile artiste is simultaneously known for his quick wit and his capacity to mesmerize his audience. Always willing to push the boundaries of Caribbean music, the singer has a style that falls perfectly between soca and dancehall.
Skinny Fabulous has collaborated with some of the region’s top soca acts including Machel Montano, Jamesy P, Kevin Lyttle, Bunji Garlin, Fay-Ann Lyons and Peter Ram. He has also worked with Jamaican dancehall superstars Konshens, Busy Signal and Holland’s sensation Mr. Z.
In 2019 Skinny Fabulous joined forces with Trinidadian titans Montano and Garlin for the massively popular ‘Famalay’. This infectious song with its catchy phrasing was penned by Skinny Fabulous and has been ripping up the airwaves regionally and internationally. It was the first soca track to ever hit #1 on the iTunes Reggae Charts. The song also won Road March in Trinidad for the 2019 Carnival Season, making history as Skinny is the first ever non-national to have the title of Road March Winner in Trinidad.
