SKIP&DIE consists of Jori Collignon on keys and FX, artist & vocalist Catarina Aimée Dahms aka Cata.Pirata, Gino Bombrini on percussion/guitar and Daniel Rose on sitar/guitar/saz. Mixing dub with digital cumbia, kwaito with ghettotech rap, punk with baile funk and afrofuturistic beats, SKIP&DIE’s live show is set to start a riot in any (urban) jungle. They released their first album @Jungle Riots in 2012. Thanks to their engaging music and explosive live shows, they are loved by audience and press alike. It got them loving critiques like:

After setting fire to stages all around the world for three years, SKIP&DIE released their second album, @Cosmic Serpents, in 2015. The album was written and recorded on the road in Brazil, Egypt, Argentina, Colombia, La Réunion, South Africa, Portugal and the Netherlands. The result is an album with global music, irresistible rhythms and beats, acoustic instruments, field recordings and spacey synths.
SKIP&DIE incorporates a rich variety of styles and merges them into a powerful live set. Add to that Cata.Pirata’s engaging performance and you have a live show driving every audience into ecstasy.
