Skyway

Skyway started as a group of high school friends in the mid 00’s on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The band quickly established themselves in the Australian alternative market and maintained a relentless touring schedule right up until their hiatus that involved festival appearances, national supports and their own headline tours encompassing a great deal of regional Australian and All Ages performances.


During their active years from 2008 to 2012, Gold Coast pop-punk legends Skyway forged their title as one of Australia’s best pop-punk exports.


The relentless touring schedule during this time saw the band go from strength to strength on the live stage, performing to audiences all over Australia and internationally, during a very busy time for pop-punk and alternative music. Skyway held crowds of their own, but really delivered in a larger format where the stage show, energy and precision of the music could be seen, felt and heard.


Skyway has returned in 2020 with the first single off there upcoming EP ‘Hope Floats, Love Sinks’ called ‘Cut The Ties’
