Slim Drumz

Known in the music industry as the Slim Drumz, whose real name is George P.K Blankson, the #GHTrapLord is one the most ‘low key’ influential music makers Ghana has ever seen.



Slim Drumz is a Ghanaian music producer and Afrobeats /Afrotrap recording artiste who has produced hits including songs like ‘We go see them’ by Luther, Komo l3 by Tinny and Stonebowy, Boys dey suffer by Atumpan and Guru; just to mention a few.

As part of his rise to fame as a prolific producer and recording afrobeats artiste, Slim Drumz has worked with popular Ghanaian musicians including the likes of BhimNation boss, Stonebwoy,Yaa Pono, NKZ’s Guru,Pappy Kojo, Akitiwrowro, Gemini, Tinny, D2, Luther, Wisa, Article Wan, RythmzLive’s Presenter Jason EL A, Screw faze, Topzy; just to mention a few.

‘Yesu’, one of the first songs that seemed to be making waves and getting played on several radio stations in Ghana, was performed by #GHTrapLord, Slim Drumz as part of the launch of the debut EP, JukeBox, three times by popular demand.

All I can say is that, Africa and the world need to watch out for a revolution in music and production – and that change is going to effected by the #GHTrapLord, Slim Drumz. He is sure to give the other new lords a run for their money.
