smalltalk is a duo made up of Peter Fenn and Parker Livingston and born out of San Francisco. Starting off as friends, they teamed up and began recording songs together in their cramped San Francisco apartment in late 2016. Inspired by artists new and old, from Otis Redding to Anderson .Paak, smalltalk’s smooth hip-hop influenced beats and impactful soul influenced songwriting creates an emotionally inspired brand of music.
