SoDPM is: Israel Vich, Top Producer and Dj with music released on the coolest record labels World Wide along with Ramon Perez-Prieto - Musician, Producer for Grammy Nominated Novalima & Coba SS, and some other bands from the underground rock scene in Lima. They team up with Coqui De Tramontana, reknowned guitar player from Peru’s rock scene and producer for legendary band M.A.S.A.C.R.E. and many other local rock and blues bands.
Our history in music goes back to 1998, a year in which Coqui and Ramón had a psychedelic hard rock band and at the same time they had one of the first electronic music nightclubs in Lima, “Zoe” and for which they did a casting on local DJs (there was not even an electronic scene in Lima yet) and this kid shows up with a lot of Vinyls under his arms- yes, both arms….. (he was the only one that played vinyls of all DJ’s who showed up) and that kid was Israel.
20 years later, in 2019, they were experimenting on new musical projects and without planning they corssed paths and teamed up again.
SoDPM is the result of electronic beats and sequencing, along with harmonic and vintage sounds, twisted with unique sound effects and modern tech, but never missing the organic sound of live instruments playing, with a notorious influence on blues and rock.
