The ethereal electro-industrial group Soil & Eclipse formed in the unlikely locale of Hawaii around vocalist Jay Tye. With the help of producer Romell Regulacion (from <a href="spotify:artist:7yz0vJbLEFfVLg8LKSvxdB">Razed in Black</a>), Soil & Eclipse released their 1997 debut album, Necromancy, on COP International Records.
