Song Heejin was one of the top three competitors of SuperStarK Season 5 which was aired in South Korea in 2013-2014.
She later debuted as a solo artist releasing one single and a multiple drama OST albums. After then she joined a kpop girl band named "Good Day" as a lead vocalist and a team leader. Unfortunately the band disbanded after releasing one mini-album including the lead single
When all the other colleagues of the band found another label and bands to redebut with, Song Heejin decided to get into songwriting where she found her talent. A short period after she started writing music, she was involved with making some of the top tier kpop idol groups such as WJSN (Cosmic Girls), TO1, Ong Seongwu (WannaOne).
She was married to a kpop producer in 2020, and she and her husband (known as Kevinoppa as a producer) started making Heejin's solo album as a singer-songwriter.
