House duo Soulsearcher remain best known for their international club smash &#34;Can&#39;t Get Enough.&#34; Pittsburgh-born <a href="spotify:artist:5uePd4LlDSpOvyXjsieJA4" data-name="Thea Austin">Thea Austin</a> began her career as a staff writer with the industry trade publication The R&amp;B Report before pursuing fame as a singer -- in 1991, she joined the German production team of Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti in <a href="spotify:artist:2FrKQPjJe4pVMZOgm0ESOx" data-name="SNAP!">SNAP!</a>, co-writing and contributing lead vocals to their global club blockbuster &#34;Rhythm Is a Dancer.&#34; Florida-born Pomeroy first earned widespread notice in 1991 during a stint as producer with <a href="spotify:artist:3yDIp0kaq9EFKe07X1X2rz" data-name="Nile Rodgers">Nile Rodgers</a>&#39; Ear Candy imprint -- he later remixed tracks for <a href="spotify:artist:1YfEcTuGvBQ8xSD1f53UnK" data-name="Busta Rhymes">Busta Rhymes</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3m5hegxlB80Z2zQb1893pc" data-name="Loleatta Holloway">Loleatta Holloway</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:7vWlb4pM85jCHvV771qZZW" data-name="Tony! Toni! Toné!">Tony! Toni! Toné!</a> before founding his own Soulfuric Recordings label. Pomeroy and <a href="spotify:artist:5uePd4LlDSpOvyXjsieJA4" data-name="Thea Austin">Thea Austin</a> teamed as Soulsearcher in 1999, drawing inspiration for &#34;Can&#39;t Get Enough&#34; via samples from the 1979 <a href="spotify:artist:6dQgfj4Lo9jS2x2vgPkOBK" data-name="Gary&#39;s Gang">Gary&#39;s Gang</a> hit &#34;Let&#39;s Lovedance Tonight&#34; -- the resulting single was a Top Ten pop smash in the U.K., and that summer the duo performed at Prince Charles&#39; Prince&#39;s Trust Party in the Park all-star concert in London.
