Space Nat

Hey guys what’s up it’s Space Nat writing this hungover at a coffee shop the morning after a family dinner followed by techno dance party. Space Nat is curating this bio but will continue to communicate in 3rd person bc that is what feels appropriate.

Space Nat is a singer/songwriter originally from Los Angeles, CA. But then she left, moved to Nashville for 3 years, developed a light twang + an affinity for folk rock and bluegrass, and now no one in LA accepts her as a local. Space Nat lives in Silver Lake and has a really big cat who she named Huey Lewis because I am The News.

Space Nat is a classically trained pianist and jazz vocalist and has YouTubed how to play Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car” on guitar. She writes honest, intimate music about things that happen in her life so that she doesn’t have to actually confront people and talk about her feelings. Space Nat worships lyrical geniuses + synth pop icons such as St. Vincent, Kacey Musgraves, Dawes, The Killers, Andy Shauf... you get it.

She is widely recognized as the founder of Bathtub Pop. Her music pairs well with an iced glass of Chardonnay and rose scented shower oil.

Space Nat's self titled album "natalie" dropped in November of 2023. Space Nat reveals her most vulnerable self with a live, acoustic project that tells her story of love, loss & self discovery. It was super fun and we all cried in public.

Space Nat's newest single "Nice Girl" is out March 8, 2024.
