<a href="spotify:artist:4WIlfShaqfLbhit2NVGkvF" data-name="Spawneezy">Spawneezy</a> effortlessly fuses genres spanning from Hip Hop, Dancehall, Reggae and RnB to Trap, Grime and Dance. Blending quick-fire bars with self-produced beats and catchy vocal refrains, <a href="spotify:artist:4WIlfShaqfLbhit2NVGkvF" data-name="Spawneezy">Spawneezy</a> takes pride in the fact that he makes all his own beats.

Originally hailing from Kingston, Jamaica, <a href="spotify:artist:4WIlfShaqfLbhit2NVGkvF" data-name="Spawneezy">Spawneezy</a> moved to the UK when he was very young. He lived in North London for a few years, but then moved to Reading; little did he know the impact of this decision, as it would catapult his career to new heights.

He was swiftly dubbed the ‘dancefloor filler’ due to his sheer talent on decks and rapport with a crowd, quickly becoming one of the South East’s most coveted DJs. He noticed a gap in the Urban market in Berkshire, and working under the pseudonym of ‘XLR8’, <a href="spotify:artist:4WIlfShaqfLbhit2NVGkvF" data-name="Spawneezy">Spawneezy</a> launched his iconic ‘Body English’ club night, thus paving the way for other DJs to follow suit.

However, <a href="spotify:artist:4WIlfShaqfLbhit2NVGkvF" data-name="Spawneezy">Spawneezy</a> was desperate to return to his roots: producing his own music. Letting his illustrious DJ career take a backseat was a tough decision to make, but it meant he could concentrate solely on his producing career - now working under the name Spawneezy Beats.

He soon set up his own independent record label Spawneezy Records in 2019. He has since stayed based in Reading, his adopted hometown, releasing three highly anticipated releases: <a href="spotify:album:0j752dBxRGrj1jc2s5UleJ" data-name="Play No Games">Play No Games</a>, <a href="spotify:track:6Rgeg2ILBmmiVRDpPUM6IG" data-name="The Bassment">The Bassment</a> and <a href="spotify:album:0df2ltSETsChcrHvc3FP7z" data-name="Wave">Wave</a>.
