"SRUB" (from the russian - Log house) is a unique phenomenon on the music scene. SRUB's music is a witch's brew made of occult post-punk, folklore pagan Slavic motifs, dark wave, ritualism, the greatness of impassable Siberian forests and children's primitive fears. For a few years of existence, the band gained a whole army of fans in Russia and beyond. In music, the listener finds for himself the real sacred deserted paths, plunges into the mists of the marshes, hears the creaking of the shutters of the broken windows of the abandoned villages and constantly encounters the sensation of the presence of otherworldly forces behind his shoulder while listening. Hitiness here boldly goes hand in hand with raw sincerity and deep atmospheric. Time for the last dance with death. Time of real music. Its name is "SRUB".
