Stella needs no introduction to the music industry. She is well-known to the public for accompanying Louis Brittz on stage for the past decade. People also know her as the female lead in the well proclaimed Duis:Lig, who received the prestigious Ghoema Award for Best Gospel Album both in 2015 and 2017. They were also nominated for two Huisgenoot Tempo Awards. Stella previously also released solo albums under her then stagename, KrissTel and received nominations for two SAMA Awards as well as a Huisgenoot Tempo Award.
She teamed up with Universal Music in 2016 and she is fortunate to have a label who understands her heart. And Stella has a heart for worship. Stella is bringing hope through her music. Stella is a woman of many talents and has a lot on her plate. When she is not busy being a musician and singer, she is a farmer’s wife in Carolina and mother to three beautiful little girls. Furthermore, she is also the co-owner of their guestfarm and wedding venue, Acorn Guest Farm and visionary of Worship Awake - a network of Worship leaders in South Africa releasing a new sound of worship from South African soil!
Stella had to overcome many obstacles in both her private and professional life, and therefore it is important to her to focus on a happy and healthy lifestyle for her and her family.
