Stiff Breeze was created in Stockholm, fall 1993, with the purpose to play great ska-music.
The first gigs took place at different locations in Stockholm during the spring 1994.

Stiff Breeze recorded their record "Mr. Stiff" in two weeks in september 1996 at "Studio Undergound" in Västerås.

During spring 1997 Stiff Breeze recorded the Madness song "Bed and Breakfastman", at MiMo-sound studio in Stockholm, which appeared on the compilerecord "A Tribute to Madness".

Between 1998 and 2003, Stiff Breeze was Disbanded
August the 6th 2004 was the date when Stiff Breeze re-entered the swedish ska-scene with their comeback at Kärleksfestivalen in Norberg, and the day after that they played at Augustibuller in Lindesberg.

The year following the comeback, Stiff Breeze has been rehearsing some new songs of which a few have been recorded but not yet released.
In 2007 the band broke up and they haven't played together since.

In 2021 Stiff Breeze released some of the recordings made in 2006.
