Strawberry Station started out in 2017, initially as a purely Vaporwave-based project before I really found my calling making Future Funk - anime-drenched, upbeat disco tunes from a youth you never lived but remember vividly. It all really started with "Strawberry Dreams" on Coraspect Records (2017), blew up big-time with "128 State" on My Pet Flamingo (2018), and there have been a string of other Future Funk releases since - most recently "Talk Of The Dancefloor" on Neon City Records (2022). My newest Future Funk album "Ichi-Go" is approaching completion and will be out late 2025 / early 2026.
I have also begun to try out other genres - in the past couple of years I've dropped "Strawby Computer Entertainment Europe" (2024, Business Casual), my first Jungle / D&B release, which will be followed in July 2025 by the "Midnight Oil EP". I also dropped the Teto Territory EP, working with Kasane Teto, the bread-loving 30-something UTAU and now SynthV legend.
In amongst it all, I've been blessed to work on some amazing projects and collabs with others, most notably my two songs for Riot Games' League Of Legends compilation "Star Guardian Sessions: Taliyah". I've also worked on remixes with Aztec Records for the likes of LAU and GRYFF amongst others.
