Born in Dunedin and built on a blend of surf, soul, rock, and hip-hop, Summer Thieves has evolved from a garage party band into one of New Zealand’s most dynamic live acts. Now fronted by founding member and songwriter Jake Barton, the project continues to push boundaries — with longtime collaborator and producer Dylan ‘Izzy Bones’ and a rotating crew of top-tier session musicians joining the ride.
