"Like Nirvana brought up on a diet of Kvelertak and Deftones" - Metal Hammer
"Something to warn your parents about" - Emerging Rock Bands

Though Manchester is a music city, renowned as much for its independent ethos as it is for spawning the likes of The Smiths, The Stone Roses and Oasis, there's no doubt that, from the outside at least, it's also a city seemingly happy to rest on its laurels, as indenti-kit indie bands aim to ape the successes of those that came before them.
Fortunately, where Supera Morza are concerned, that shit doesn't fly. A four-piece hailing from Greater Manchester, the band haven't so much carved their own niche, as blasted it out of the city's bedrock. Combining blistering grunge with an inimitable sense of punk nihilism, they harbour a wilful and blissful ignorance to the influence of the city they call home, instead taking cues from bands such as Helmet, Drug Church, Alice in Chains, Expire or The Pixies in order to craft something as incendiary as it is acerbic, and that's utterly their own.
