He has humble beginnings as a Washington state native in a relatively quiet city where he frequently will spin at events of any sorts for hours on end to bring life to any party. Cesar’s music production is constantly evolving, all the way from electro house in his earlier stages to more bass driven music with a very catchy and mesmerizing touch of melodic and harmonious sounds incorporated that really sets the tone for a unique listening experience while maintaining a sound fit for the mainstream but also caters to those who like to stick to the more underground side of the electronic scene.
