SVM is a genre-blurring artist and storyteller from Naples. With roots in journalism, her creative world merges sound, visuals, and narrative into a cohesive expression of self. Raised between Naples and Milan, and inspired by extended creative stays in Nigeria, Ghana and Los Angeles, her music draws a vibrant connection between classic Neapolitan funk and blues and highlife, neo soul, bossanova, jazz and rnb, echoing neapolitan artists like Pino Daniele and Enzo Avitabile.

Her 2022 debut album AMOR IN PVRGATORIO reimagines Dante’s Divine Comedy as a sonic journey through love, loss, and redemption.
In 2024, she releases Next To Me, her first english track - in collaboration with Nigerian artist Kobi Jonz - approaching for the first time the international music scene.

SVM’s work is a tribute to the richness of Neapolitan identity. Through her music and visuals, she embodies the timeless elegance of a 1960s Neapolitan woman reimagined in a contemporary, global context. She brings a bold, unmistakably Mediterranean voice to the international stage.

She primarily sings in English and Neapolitan, but is increasingly incorporating other languages—especially Spanish and French, which she speaks fluently—further enriching her sonic palette and broadening her international voice.
