Contradictions surround Sweet Tempest, Luna Kira’s and <a href="spotify:artist:2n73yy6NNrGAo8wMDzmRax" data-name="Julian Winding">Julian Winding</a>'s Berlin-based synth-pop duo, originally formed in Copenhagen.
