Swsh (they/ them) is a multi talented Los Angeles based producer, singer and songwriter. Swsh empowers and holds true to what it means to be yourself, and stands as a beacon of hope for those who fear they can't do the same in the industry. Swsh began developing their musical palate at the age of five, playing the piano with their family in their Southern California childhood home. Finding a love for music almost instantly, they began adding guitar and bass to their repertoire as well. This would ultimately lead them to craft a unique sound that has become their signature -- powerful vocals, soulful style, and intricate production. Swsh's writing comes straight from the heart, often speaking on themes like family, love, sex, heartbreak, addiction, and coming into their own as a trans person. Swsh has been supported by the likes of Kanye West, Mark Ronson, Ricky Reed, Zane Lowe, Elton John, and BBC radio 1 with premieres on Complex, CLASH, and Ones To Watch. They performed their breakout song “How You Feel” on COLORS Studios’ web series, reaching millions of viewers. Swsh’s most recent project “Good Boy” released in April 2022. On Aug 2, 2024, Kanye West released "530" which samples Swsh's acoustic performance of their 2018 track "Break The Fall."
