It all began on a bicycle. When Sylvie was seven years old she zoomed around the park in Islington singing songs from "The Sound of Music" as loud as she could. It felt like freedom so she kept going. Eventually she graduated Berklee College of Music and moved to LA where she met <a href="spotify:artist:7fSjnDr8tBO37Xbb2UXuYr" data-name="Richard Swift">Richard Swift</a> who produced her first 3 albums. After a few West Coast years, Sylvie moved back to Europe to be closer to her family. She lived in Rome where she collaborated extensively with <a href="spotify:artist:3UeOjss5xy88R8ueAvK2JG" data-name="Orchestra Di Piazza Vittorio">Orchestra Di Piazza Vittorio</a> . She has co-written with <a href="spotify:artist:0Q6X1jqwOVQuclYp2P1bub" data-name="Sondre Lerche">Sondre Lerche</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0SGEunj6EBwdWMNCdWSrPg" data-name="Marit Larsen">Marit Larsen</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:1kuKDHZD1oPXwVZviVgRbV" data-name="Jair Oliveira">Jair Oliveira</a> among many others. Her recordings and travels on the road have seen her team up with artists like <a href="spotify:artist:42lt7Lr6m3qVIesp9pP4oH" data-name="Jaymay">Jaymay</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:1H2Pirtsx57pHB52dP0Ibc" data-name="Eleni Mandell">Eleni Mandell</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:1wvqnNcuPa2TpcFvfh3co5" data-name="Dawn Landes">Dawn Landes</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:64YVotBSFQoRt2TWCkGFqy" data-name="Kathryn Williams">Kathryn Williams</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7ritjcrqfuDJoXWZv8OIMG" data-name="Michele Stodart">Michele Stodart</a> etc. She is also a printmaker who hand makes all the posters and merchandise for her tours. She is currently working on her 5th album. Oh yes, and she is a wine scholar. For reals.
