Tanner Alexander was born and raised in San Fernando Valley. His Father, Bernard Williams was a player in the 90’s hip-hop game who co-founded Crazy Town and collaborated with B-Real of Cypress Hill. While his stepfather, Jake Smith AKA The White Buffalo, is a prominent country musician. From nature to nurture - music is a part of Tanner’s identity.
As a self-taught musician, Tanner picked up his first guitar at age 9 and began touring and performing live at age 13. His most recent musical accomplishment is in 2018. He wrote "Lately" which ended up being a single for Miley Cyrus's sister Noah Cyrus and subsequently became a duet between Noah & Tanner. Many of his verses are inspired by his own battles with substance abuse and the violence he has experienced in life. Drafting anthems derived from this checkered past, inspired by hip-hop, while combining his country and punk rock roots Tanner has found his own unique sound. With more songs in the pipeline, Tanner is crafting tracks that will resonate with the generation of today.
