Debuted in 1990 as member of KRYZLER&KOMPANY.
Thanks to working with Celine Dion, he became a presence on the world stage.
After KRYZLER&KOMPANY disbanded in 1996, Taro embarked on a solo career.
In 2002, Taro established his own label HATS.
He moved to London in 2007 to rediscover his roots.
Taro tirelessly undertakes close to 100 performances every year,
embarking on worldwide tours, nationwide tours and orchestral tours throughout Japan.
Taro’s music never ceases to enchant the ears of the world.
Through his collaborations with artists of all genres, Taro’s popularity grows yearly.
Taro will continue to create his own unique brand of music based around
live performances and other endeavors.
As of April 1, 2022, he is a Visiting Professor at the Tokyo University of the Arts.

1990年KRYZLER&KOMPANYのヴァイオリニストとしてデビュー。セリーヌ・ディオンとの共演で世界的存在となる。1996年にソロ活動を開始。2002年、自身が音楽総監督を務めるレーベルHATSを設立。2007年秋から、原点回帰をテーマにロンドンへ拠点を移し、自身のコンサートツアーに於いてはワールドツアーや全都道府県ツアー、オーケストラコンサートツアーを行うなど、１年を通して100本近い公演を毎年行い、日本全国、そして世界に向け葉加瀬太郎の音楽を発信している。様々なジャンルのアーティストとのコラボレーションも数多く、今後も公演を中心に多方面に活動の場を広げ、唯一無二、独自の世界を作り上げていく。2022年4月1日付、東京藝術大学客員教授就任。
