After meeting in the summer of 2018 at Berklee College of Music's 5-week summer program, Teo & Jay started bonding over their love for music and lyricism from the very beginning. After going their separate ways at the end of the program, Teo & Jay kept in touch and managed to find their way back together when they had the idea of starting a joint project at the end of 2019. Not knowing what would come about it, they started working and quickly realized the great chemistry they had together. Influenced by artists like Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, Anderson Paak, Bruno Mars and Daniel Ceasar. Teo & Jay focus on crafting their sound in a unique way that allows them to connect with people on a deeper level. They released their first single "Insomnia" May 2020.
