Thanatos

Thanatos began life as one of the first acts ob Projekt Records, back when that was a cassette only label. Since then its been a recording & live project. And Id also be thrilled if you shared anything you like with friends. When I look at demographics and see even a few young people listening? Nothing makes me happier.

The music is usually based around acoustic guitar & electronics but sometimes there are no electronics at all. Often dreary, rarely slick, the most important part to me are the lyrics. I am trying to say something about the world we live & love in &the world we SHOULD live in. I've been told my intentions are often obscure and perhaps they are but when I write songs about Gaius Caligula? You can be sure there is a modern connection. There is no particular genre that the music can be tied to which is one of the myriad reasons none of it caught on. People do like to be told what they are listening to in case it isn't cool.
