The Caldeiras are an Indie Rock band based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The members first connected during their first year of college, where the idea for the band emerged from an idea sparked by Frontman Luke Gibson and Lead Guitarist Xandro Caldeira; where a spontaneous jam, with bassist Aiden Sowerby and Drummer Dylan Culyer, ultimately led to the development of their inaugural collective song. Since forming in March 2024, the band has focused on writing, performing and developing their sound.
