Waving the flag for alternative rock/indie music in their local city of Leicester, The Cause, a 4-piece band consisting of Dan Porter (vocals, lead guitar), Will Scowen (drums) and Jack Baker (Bass), are in the process of making some noise in the music industry. Their songs, which discuss their pasts and the current situation of the world today, were composed and arranged in a DIY backyard recording studio owned by the guitarist in Leicester. The Fall, Radiohead, Nothing but Thieves, and the Pixies are some of their influences.
