The Far Out Monster Disco Orchestra is Far Out’s in house Brazilian disco super group. It features the arrangements of Azymuth’s late Maestro José Roberto Bertrami and the legendary Arthur Verocai alongside a host of other Brazilian musical icons including Paulinho Black (from the original Banda Black Rio), Jose Carlo and a full string orchestra and horn section. Produced by Joe Davis, David Brinkworth and Daniel Maunick, the music was recorded in the best studio in Rio, with all old analogue equipment including 2” Ampex tape, Neve compressors and an SSL desk. The FOMDO stamp can also be found on a series of 12" records, hosting remixes of the disco originals by the likes of Theo Parrish, Marcellus Pittman, Mark Pritchard, 4hero, Isoul8, LTJ Xperience and many more.
