StowTown Records artist The Steeles became a household name in the Gospel Music world in the late 90's with hits such as "God Kept His Promise", "I Must Tell Somebody", and " On the Road to Emmaus" among others. Their success was continuing into the 2000's when the groups leader, Jeff Steele, decided to take the group off of the road and to pastor a Church in Alabama. After the groups 8 year hiatus from the road, they re-emerged in 2014 with the hit song, "But God" In 2016, their son Brad Steele, who has his own solo album entitled "Smooth" as well as other singles he has put out, joined Jeff and Sherry and in 2018, Jeff and Brad co-wrote the #1 song in Gospel Music called "Prodigals". The Steeles latest album, “A Song to Remind You” is their first under StowTown Records and many say it is their best work yet!
