The White Album

The White Album is a Nordic Indie act from Denmark. Rooted in americana, pop and indierock, the band has been touring Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and England since 2010, with four releases under their belt.
The latest album ”Colorama” (2020) sees the trio embark on a more adventurous journey encompassing an eclectic and organic profile. A distinctly updated 70’s sound, with excursions into both 80’s and 90’s altrock. A type of modern retro along the lines of Whitney and Andy Shauf.
Main characteristics of the band has always been their bearded faces and heavenly vocal harmonies along the lines of CSNY or early Bon Iver.
Idiosyncratic to the band is a divided lead singer role, which passes in turn among all three guys in the band, from song to song.
The band released their first EP ”Conquistador” (2012) on Popular (UK), while the two following albums ”The Quiet Strum” (2014) and ”Songs From The Sun” (2017) were released on Warner Music.
The band has enjoyed great support from Danish National Radio and made several appearances on danish national television and received Odense Live Prisen in 2015. The White Album is often an intimate and vulnerable acquaintance. Excruciatingly personal and honest. Scandinavian melancholy and alternative american songwriting textures in one deeply fascinating and committed universe.
