As many of you know, the ownership of TIERRA and its intellectual property rights is currently being contested in the Los Angeles Superior Court (Case No. 21STCV25207) https://www.lacourt.org/website/FindaCase.aspx?fbclid=IwAR0LSvmvRadCUVFYURoJtsLAIExuaL9oJyVLYGTn-XPQNkwY1vcCEpd5dic.
Based upon this pending litigation, we have been instructed by counsel to post this message until the matter is adjudicated by the Court. As a measure of complete transparency, we would like to make this court issue part of the public record.
