Trekkah (Benjamin Zięć) is a musician, producer, DJ, sonic artist, community arts practitioner and co-founder of two Nottingham based events & record labels Phlexx Records and T.O.N.E.S. Over the years Trekkah has performed on stages throughout the U.K and Europe being billed in venues and festival line-ups such as Rock City, Nottingham Theatre Royal, No Tomorrow Festival, Bestival, Boomtown Festival, SQ Club Poznan, Hootanannys Brixton & Soundwave Croatia alongside Artists, Groups & DJs such as London Grammar, Clean Bandit, Gentleman’s Dub Club, Jake Bugg, Dizzee Rascal, Enoo Napa, Boddhi Satva & Sam Smith.
Currently signed to labels Phlexx Records (UK) and Sneja Recordings (SA) Trekkah has received exposure from 1Xtra and Radio 1 by DJ's such as Huw Stephens, Mista Jam, Dj Target and Trevor Nelson, and featured on TV & Film channels such as Sky, BBC and Channel 4.
