Hailing from Seattle, US3R (pronounced “User”) is an electronic artist blending heavy synthwave, lush vocals, and sharp social commentary. His music fuses industrial pop, electronica, and rock, exploring themes of technology, culture, and identity.
Music runs deep in his DNA—his family were touring members of The Righteous Brothers, one of the most influential duos of the 1960s–80s. Surrounded by musicians, he grew up playing drums, guitar, and singing. After playing many in genres, he gravitated toward electronic music, where he merges hard-hitting production with thought-provoking themes.
A natural innovator, US3R grew up dismantling and rebuilding the world around him, a hacker’s mindset that led to a career in tech. This deconstructive approach defines his music, pushing boundaries while dissecting modern life.
US3R has toured the U.S. solo and supported acts like HEALTH, Stabbing Westward, Empathy Test, and BetaMaxx, delivering an electrifying live show to fans of dark electronic and alternative music.
Since 2017, US3R has released four albums:
• 1985 – An autobiographical reflection on his influences.
• Influence – A critique of social media culture.
• Dreams and Nightmares – A sonic chronicle of protests and the pandemic.
