"UK soulful vibes with a real Isley Brothers feel to the song" - Jamz Supernova, BBC 1Xtra

"The young singer truly knows her stuff as she floats effortlessly over the head-nodding guitar-driven backdrop. Truly you can hear the Baduizm in her vocal style which is malleable and lush while the production definitely mirrors Anderson .Paak's R&B and hip-hop fused style." - EARMILK

"The artist's ability to capture bits of funk, lo-fi indie, and old school hip-hop make for an engaging joy-ride. She's got all the right pieces floating into place - the sound here is new and anachronistic all at once." - Indie Shuffle
