Vhudie (born Vhudihawe Mamphwe) is a South African R&B/Pop singer and songwriter from Venda, Limpopo.Known for his soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics, Vhudie draws inspiration from life and love, creating music that resonates deeply with fans across generations. He rose to fame at 20 years old after a viral Idols South Africa Season 16 audition where he performed his original song "My Yoki Yoki". Though he exited the competition early, the track captured the hearts of millions and launched his music career.

Starting as a worship leader in his home church, Vhudie picked up the guitar in 2014 and began writing his own songs by 2019. After releasing a gospel project, he is now expanding his sound with deep house and 3-step influences-collaborating with both local and international producers and artists on his next project.
