"Double-A" Waavy is only 25 but has been creating his whole life. The genre-bending Artist, Songwriter, Engineer, and Producer moved to Los Angeles in 2022 and founded Swanton Studios a year later. Born and raised in Oceanside, California -- he started writing poetry before teaching himself to play and write songs on ukulele and guitar in middle school. In high school he began seriously singing and rapping, delving into audio technology and event production, and got into acting. He starred in a couple plays, short films and musicals and lead worship at the church his father was the pastor of. In 2018 he dropped out of San Francisco State University to develop himself as an artist, and started his journey as an entrepreneur, Mixing Engineer and Producer.
