Skupina XIII. STOLETÍ vznikla v roce 1991. Hraje kytarový gothic rock, vycházející z původního odkazu gotické vlny a punku. U zrodu této nejvýznamnější české gothické kapely byli bratři Petr a Pavel Štěpánovi, kteří v ní působí po celou dobu její existence. XIII. STOLETÍ pravidelně koncertuje v Čechách i zahraničí, převážně v Polsku, kde má velkou základnu fanoušků. Na svém kontě má dlouhou řadu vydaných alb a jejich výhradním vydavatelem je společnost WARNER MUSIC. V roce 2013 byla skupina oceněna prestižní hudební cenou Břitva a byla uvedena do “Galerie legend”.
