YOHIO is a Swedish singer, song writer, and multi-talented artist known for his unique blend of rock, pop, classical music, cabaret, and Japanese influences. Born in Sweden, his passion for Japanese culture led him to self-teach Japanese and make his solo debut in Japan at just 16 years old with the mini-album 'REACH the SKY.' His music has since achieved gold and platinum status in Sweden, and he has participated twice in the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest.
Beyond his musical accomplishments, YOHIO has acted in the award-winning Swedish drama 'Jordskott,' starred as the Prince in 'Snow-White: The Musical' in Sweden, and provided voice acting for Disney’s 'Inside Out' and as the lead in the Swedish dubbed version of the anime movie 'Your Name.' He is also the creator of the vocaloid 'YOHIOloid'.
