2009年に声優デビュー。
以降、多くのTVアニメやゲーム作品などで主演やメインキャストを担当。
近年では、番組ナレーションなど、活躍の場を広げる。

声優活動と同時にさまざまなユニット活動にも参加、2012年にはソロでのアーティストデビューを果たす。
声質を活かした甘くキュートな楽曲や、心を打つ力強く激しい楽曲、また、小倉自身で作詞をした楽曲など、多彩な音楽性を発揮する。
さらに、多くの楽曲で振付を担当。
ライブやミュージックビデオでは、その圧巻のダンスパフォーマンスで男女を問わず魅了してきた。
2022年にソロアーティストデビュー10周年を迎え、楽曲やパフォーマンスなど新たな挑戦を続ける。
