Yuxin Lei is a female singer-songwriter, as well as a visual creative designer and director. In 2015, as a 17-year-old high school student, she attended a nationally well-known music
talent show hosted by China Central Television Channel, called “Best Original Songs
of China”, she was highly praised by her mentors. Her work “Ji Nian (Memorial)” was awarded as one of the “Ten
Greatest Hits” during the show. In 2018, after a 2-year study of Architecture at the University of Toronto, she decided to release her first original music conceptual program, “Eclipse”, from where she officially began her music career. By participating not only in the music production but also in the visual presentation and graphic designs, she insisted to express the spirit of originality in her works and programs. In 2019, she completed her first personal music tour with 6 cities that were all sold out. In the same year, her music streaming reached billions of times, and her song peaked at the top 1 on the hits list of many music platforms. In 2020, she released her indie electronic EP, “8 1⁄2 Otto e Mezzo”, which received lots of recognition from music critics, that many songs included in this EP appeared on the Billboard charts of apple music, also, Netease music gave this EP the title of “the Top 1 indie Records” of the time. In 2022, she reveals her debut album ROCHE LIMIT, and the full songs will be coming soon.
