Adam Bricks is a singer-songwriter based in Houston, Texas. His songs are influenced by the early work of <a href="spotify:artist:74ASZWbe4lXaubB36ztrGX" data-name="Bob Dylan">Bob Dylan</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5l8VQNuIg0turYE1VtM9zV" data-name="Leonard Cohen">Leonard Cohen</a>, all the while creating his own brand of "Houston Folk' which mixes whimsical storytelling and melancholy. His first album <a href="spotify:album:0Svi1rfFTMUGHvtp8qqVhw" data-name="City Songs">City Songs</a> is mix of singer-songwriter & folk tunes was released in 2013. His sophomore effort <a href="spotify:album:5pbgXUStkpoKCVsNVGsUnq" data-name="Relations">Relations</a> was produced by James Westley Essary and leaned more toward indie rock and introspection. His third effort titled, Trials is slated for release early 2024 on Woodstock, New York based label Sonder House.
