Andrea’s father, a talented musician himself, gave him his first guitar at age 9. By age 11, he was playing in a local band, and in his early teens, he was performing professionally. Opening for many well-known bands across Italy, he earned praise and recognition in various musical styles, from traditional classical Italian to R&B and pop/rock. While continuing as a recording artist, it became clear he would eventually focus on classical and jazz. He studied masters like Villalobos, Wes Montgomery, Toninho Horta, and George Benson. In the 1980s, his skills and approach became even more refined. He found a deep connection between classical and jazz guitar and successfully combined both. Andrea’s passion fueled a deeper dedication to his compositions. In the 1990s, he wrote, arranged, and produced his first single in Italy, “Blu Oltremare,” a smooth blend of classical, Brazilian, and Latin jazz.

In 1998, Andrea relocated to Hawaii. In 2006, he released his album Painting the Music, produced by two-time Grammy Award winner Paul Brown. It features Grammy Award vocalist Patti Austin and legendary musicians such as Luis Conte, Alex Al, Paulino DaCosta, Gregg Karukas, Roberto Vally, and Ricky Peterson. He released his second album, Front Street, with Woodward Avenue Records.

Today, Andrea releases singles that capture and express his story in a cinematic style.
