Anomie Belle (they/them) is a composer, producer, songwriter & multi-instrumentalist based in Seattle. A classical violinist and vocalist, Anomie performs, loops and manipulates various instruments to create cinematic, layered songs.
Anomie has been composing music for Sean Dorsey Dance Company since 2017, was featured on Yppah's "Eighty-One" (Ninja Tune) and has collaborated with members of the Sneaker Pimps & Thievery Corporation. Anomie’s music appears in film, television, dance, art and video games (including Xbox Alan Wake), and they have toured in support of Tricky, Bonobo, Little Dragon, Album Leaf, Bajofondo, Blockhead, Emancipator, & Floating Points.
