New Orleans duo Baby Bee make soulful blues- and rock-influenced music. Formed in 2010, the duo features brothers Joe Stark (vocals, guitar) and David Stark (drums). Growing up the children of local musicians, the brothers played music on-and-off together from an early age. They released their debut independent album, Drop It Like a Bomb, in 2011. In 2012, they caught the ear of <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Republic+Records%22">Republic Records</a>, who signed them and sent them to Nashville, where they recorded the four-song EP, The Shaker, with Brendan O'Brien. ~ Matt Collar, Rovi
