Beyond The Black

German Symphonic Metal band Beyond the Black have built a phenomenal career. Their debut album, Songs Of Love And Death (2015), became an instant success, staying in the German Top 15 for weeks and winning the Metal Hammer Award for “Best Debut.” Its follow-up, Lost In Forever (2016), debuted at #4 in Germany and led BTB to a major tour from Germany to countries like the UK, Russia and Japan. Since their live debut in 2014, the band has performed at Wacken Open Air multiple times and toured as a support act for heavy weights such as Aerosmith, Korn, Scorpions, Saxon or Within Temptation. With their third album, Heart Of The Hurricane (2018), they embarked on their first own European headline tour in fall 2019 consisting of over 20 shows in 10 countries – most of them sold out. Their fourth album, Horizons (2020), debuted at #3 in Germany (CH #6, AT#16, BE #53), showing their creative resilience even during the pandemic. In 2023, Beyond the Black returned stronger than ever with their self-titled fifth album, which became their highest-charting release to date (DE #2, UK #2 Rock, US #7 top new artist). Following a successful 2023 festival season, they embarked on their "Dancing In The Dark" European headline tour in 2024. After a summer packed with headline and festival shows, they’ve now announced their "Rising High" tour, set to kick off in January 2026. Fans can also look forward to unforgettable performances at major festivals in 2025, incl. Wacken, Hellfest and Graspop.
