Musician, producer and sound designer from Mexico City.
Using field recordings, homemade acoustic instruments, synthesizers and a collection of instruments from different cultures, Carlos defies expected genre boundaries, creating a blend of cinematic and experimental sound creations.
He has shared the stage with artists like John Zorn, Cyro Baptista, David Broza, Eviatar Banai, Patrick Watson and many others in countries including Mexico, USA, Canada, Israel, Italy, Bosnia Herzegovina, Austria and Argentina. Aside from his on-stage work, Carlos has produced a series of sound related installations and projects exhibited in various prestigious galleries and museums in Berlin, NYC, México City, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Augsburg.
His musical projects include Page Sounds, Middle Waters and a series of experimental albums under his own name.
